Payment

Kae Artworks accepts payments by credit card via Paypal. You can still pay via Paypal with your credit card even if you do not have your Paypal account. Please pay within 2 days upon placing your order. If no payment has been received within 48 hours, we will regard you have cancelled the order.
**Paypal will accept credit card payment even if you do NOT have a Paypal account.Therefore, NO NEED to have your PAYPAL ACCOUNT! You can just click "No, I do not have Paypal account" then it will manuever you to pay without signing up. Please contact Kae Artworks if you still cannot figure it out. I am willing to help you. **

We accept cancellation requests at no charge prior to your payment. We will charge 10% handling fee for a cancellation after receipt of payment prior to shipment (we will refund 90% of your payment in this case). Cancellation after shipment will go through our Refund/Return Policy.

Shipping

We usually ship each order within 3 business days upon confirming your payment through Paypal, often we will ship within 48 hours after the payment confirmation. If for any reason we cannot commit to the deadline, we will notify the customer in advance.

Shipping:
For all US domestic shipments, we use USPS-Priority Mail (Small) or First Class Mail + Delivery confirmation depending on the size of each shipment, both of them have tracking services, . All US Domestic shipments will arrive in 3-5 days.

For all international shipments except paper products, we use USPS- Priority Mail (small) or First Class Mail with Registered Mail added, which would provide tracking service (in the US). For international shipments with paper products, we use First Class mail WITHOUT Registered Mail. We can add insurance or expedite options with additional cost upon customer's request.
Most International shipments will arrive within 6-14 days. However, we cannot guarantee the leadtime because each shipment has to go through the customs clearance at each destination country, which is beyond our control. So please be patient on international shipment. Also, please understand that any import duties & VAT, if incur in any destination countries, are buyer's reponsibility.

We will notify the customer of the tracking information or shipping confirmation once the ordre is shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns:
If we ship wrong product(s) at our fault, we will refund the product cost and its two-way shipping cost upon receiving the return and confirming its original condition. Please first email us immediately and return the wrong item within 5 days of your receipt.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s), we will accept the return and refund only the product cost upon receiving the return and confirming its original condition. The shipping cost for both ways are customer's responsibility. Please first email us immediately and return the item within 5 days of your receipt.
We do not accept returns after 5 days of the delivery.
If each returned item has obvious damages or signs of usage, we cannot refund so please always be careful on handling the item(s) if you wish to return for any reason.

Lost Package/Non-Delivery:
If the shipment got lost during the transportation which the carrier has confirmed upon filing a claim with them by us, we will ship the replacement of the same or similar item or refund for the item after waiting for 30 days on US domestic shipment and for 60 days on international shipment. In many cases, the shipment, which once was assumed lost, will be eventually delivered after a prolonged delay . Your patience will be highly appreciated in this case.
It is buyer's responsibility to give us the valid destination address where the buyer can safely receive the package without getting stolen from the porch or door after the delivery. Kae Artworks is not responsible for the non-delivery issue if the buyer provided us invalid (unconfirmed) address. However, we will work with you for the solution in such a case.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We are sorry but all of our Custom-made items are not refundable/returnable due to its uniqueness to the particular request. We highly appreciate your understanding.
